Today we received notification that we have your NOC!! (for those that are unsure as to what this means, its a No Objection Certificate, from the Central Adoption Rescource Agency in India, commonly referred to as CARA). This is GREAT news, and the last step before guardianship ....Guardianship of course, being the last step before we can travel. The Delhi courts are all closed the month of June, so we'll be hoping for a court date in early July. Baby, we're back on target for end of July/August travel time.
Theres nothing that could wipe this grin off my face right now .... This is the home stretch!
